The monthly rental price of the website covers all construction, operation and maintenance costs, with no hidden charges or unexpected expenses.

There is no upfront fee, the service is charged from the first month of the contract, including the design and construction of the website.

The website rental works as a regular monthly service of a subscription nature. This means that you pay by the month directly to DARC, without the intermediation of a banking institution or other funding agency. The monthly rent is paid by card in the easy management interface we have created for your payments.

The minimum subscription period of the contract is set at eight months. At the end of this period, you can either continue the monthly subscription or, if it suits you better, acquire the website at half its original value. While the server and technical support costs will also start at 150 euros only after purchasing the website you acquire full rights to it and can transfer it to another server/year

In case you decide to terminate our cooperation earlier than the minimum period of eight months, you lose the right to purchase your website, without the possibility of a refund. Also, you cannot transfer the website to another hosting provider and exploit it commercially. The website is deleted from the servers.

After the delivery of your website, we will schedule an online training meeting to ensure that you and your partners can manage the website smoothly. Our 360 Support includes our personalized contact system (tickets), 24-hour access to DARC's training materials, and learning basic content management functions. In addition, our personalized support approach includes a dedicated account manager for your project who will be your channel of communication for whatever you need.

All the websites we deliver adhere to the basic principles of GDPR. You send us the texts you need (or you commission us to write them for you, professionally and SEO-friendly), we agree on the visual content (you send us photos of your business or we find stock photos for you from banks, covering all your visual content needs) and it's all done seamlessly, without any further involvement on your part. The addition of products however when it comes to eshop is up to you.
