Website upgrades. It is important to separate server maintenance from website maintenance. Many customers confuse pure hosting with the cost of the technical support we provide for our builds. But the first includes only the server and its support. If the website goes down due to a technical problem with the page, they will ask the customer to fix it themselves, which usually means finding a developer.
