Social media project management
Steps for managing your Social Media accounts:
- In cases where we have not fully undertaken the advertising management of your company (the full management is interviewed by a Communication Specialist), you are invited to fill in a detailed questionnaire that we have created for you, in order to convey the pulse and targeting of your Brand.
- We go through a process of analyzing the data of the questionnaire.
- A meeting is held with you for the planning and organization of the communication action.
- The respective accounts are taken over in the pre-agreed means. The management of your Social Media accounts follows the model of the package of your choice. We always make sure to produce consistent and coherent content that reflects your philosophy and vision.
- You receive reports on a monthly basis for the performance of advertising practices.
- At the quarterly level, an account meeting is held where the method applied is examined, followed by statistics, and feedback is exchanged on the overall course of the communication action. In some cases, there may be a need to implement different communication policies, such as focusing on one medium over another, changing the style, aiming to create different content, or even changing the main target audience.
